1. Scope

These terms govern all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products & Pricing

Prices are shown in USD or EUR depending on your region, inclusive of applicable taxes where relevant. We reserve the right to change prices without notice; prices confirmed at the time of order remain honored.

3. Order acceptance

A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right not to process incomplete or clearly erroneous orders.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping is free to all served countries. Stated delivery times (10-14 business days) are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or events beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83 and applicable consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Simply email sharkone211290@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

6. Legal warranty

All products are covered by the 24-month legal conformity warranty provided under European consumer law. In case of a conformity defect, you are entitled to repair or replacement and, failing that, to a price reduction or contract termination.

7. Payments

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments and/or other providers shown at checkout. We never store your card details.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from improper product use, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

9. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
