8.2 Acceptance of Processing & Fulfilment Timeframes

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept the order-processing timeframe of 1 to 3 business days disclosed in our Shipping Policy, and the 20-minute order-modification window described in our Cancellation Policy. These are material, disclosed terms of the sales contract.

8.3 Product Descriptions & Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in colour, print placement, or materials may occur due to manufacturing processes and display settings. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASTERO SHOP's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8.4 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

ASTERO SHOP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — before or after payment confirmation — where we suspect fraud, unauthorised or illegal activity, a breach of these Terms, pricing or listing errors, or where an order fails our verification checks. In such cases, any payment collected will be refunded in full.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images — is the property of ASTERO SHOP or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. See our Legal Notice for further detail.

8.6 Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit, exclude, or override any statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived under the mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you as a consumer, including any applicable right of withdrawal or legal guarantee of conformity, both addressed in our Return & Refund Policy.

8.7 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
