An order placed on ASTERO SHOP may be cancelled or modified (including changes to size, colour, shipping address, or removal of items) only within 20 minutes of payment confirmation.
To request a cancellation or modification within this window, contact our support team immediately via the Contact page, quoting your order number and the change requested. Requests are processed on a best-efforts basis and are not guaranteed if our fulfilment system has already begun processing the order.
After the 20-Minute Window
Once 20 minutes have elapsed from payment confirmation, your order is automatically released into our fulfilment workflow (1–3 business days of processing, per our Shipping Policy) and can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded on the basis of a change of mind, under any circumstances, during the processing phase.
This clause governs our operational ability to intercept an order already in fulfilment. It does not remove or limit any separate, non-waivable statutory right of withdrawal that may be available to you once the goods have been delivered, as described in Section 5.2 of our Return & Refund Policy.
