Payment Security
All transactions processed through our store are protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption from the moment payment information is entered until the transaction is completed. ASTERO SHOP does not store your full card details on its servers at any point.
Our payment infrastructure is provided by payment processors that are independently certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), the global security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards. This means your payment data is processed exclusively within secure, audited environments.
Currency & Charges
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees may apply; these are determined solely by your financial institution and are outside ASTERO SHOP's control.
Order Verification
For your protection and ours, orders may occasionally be subject to additional verification checks before processing, particularly where billing and shipping information do not match or where a transaction is flagged by our fraud-prevention systems. See our Terms of Service for further details on order review and the right to cancel suspicious orders.
